Rehabilitation Services of Wake Forest Baptist Health – Wilkes Medical Center works to help restore function, prevent disability and provide education for adults and children.

Rehab Services provides inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, massage therapy and athletic training services. Our staff recognizes the value of each patient and puts great emphasis on patient dignity and individual rights. Our outpatient facility is located in a 36,000 square foot offsite facility. All patients seen in outpatient or inpatient rehab must have a physician's order. Diagnoses may include but are not limited to: Joint replacements, arthritis, tendon repairs, fractures or other orthopedic injuries, spinal cord injuries, head injuries, strokes or other neurological impairments, Cerebral Palsy, speech delays, swallowing disorders, lymphedema, hand therapy, vestibular rehab or genetic disorders.
